功效

补脾肺之气 、益气固表 、增强免疫力

适合

反复感冒人士、正常的环境温度下会出汗、嗜睡

精心搭配的药材(3 - 5人份)

防风 15g

解表祛风,祛湿,止痉

玉竹 10g

养阴润燥,生津止渴

白术 15g

健脾益气,燥湿利水

北芪 15g

补脾益气,固表止汗

金丝蜜枣 2枚

补益脾胃,滋养阴血

靓汤煮法

  1. 清洗药材
  2. 将药材放入锅内,加入2公升水
  3. 以大火煮至沸腾,转小火煲约90分钟
  4. 加入适量盐调味

     温馨提示

    • 依照喜好自备鸡肉、猪肉、牛肉等
    • 对汤料药材敏感者不宜食用
    • 若2周内暂不食用,建议放入冰箱保鲜

    - 感冒期间不宜食用

    Ingredients (Servings per package: 3 - 5 pax)

    Radix Saposhnikoviae 15g

    Release Exterior and dispel Wind, dispel Dampness and relieve muscle spasm and cramp

    Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati 10g

    Nourish Yin and moisten dryness, generate body fluid and relieve thirst

    Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 15g

    Invigorate Spleen and tonify Qi, dry dampness and promote diuresis

    Radix Astragali 15g

    Tonify Spleen Qi, consolidate Exterior and stop perspiration

    Honey dates 2 pieces

    Tonify Spleen and Stomach, nourish yin and blood

    Cooking instruction

    1. Rinse the ingredients.
    2. Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
    3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
    4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
