a. 红枣(去核)- 2 颗
b. 枸杞 - 8 枚
c. 黑糖 / 冰糖 - 1 茶匙
将以上食材放入杯中。
注入【 早 • 米水 】 & 100-150毫升的热水。
搅拌均匀,待温度适宜即可饮用。
