Ingredients

虫草花:滋肺肾阴,填精益髓,润肌护肤

党参:补中益气,健脾益肺

北芪:补气升阳,固表止汗

玉竹:养阴润燥,生津止渴

枸杞:滋补肝肾,益精明目

红枣:补中益气,养血安神

 

Ginseng: Tonify Middle Energizer Qi, invigorate Spleen and replenish Lung, calm mind (Spirit)

Cordyceps Militaris: Nourish Lung and Kidney Yin, replenish Essence and Marrow, nourish skin

Radix Codonopsis: Tonify Middle Energizer Qi, invigorate Spleen and strengthen Lung

Radix Astragali: Tonify Qi and raise Yang, consolidate Exterior and stop perspiration

Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati: Nourish Yin and moisten dryness, generate body fluid and relieve thirst

Fructus Lycii: Nourish Liver and Kidney, replenish Essence and improve vision

Fructus Jujubae: Tonify Middle Energizer Qi, nourish blood and calm mind (Spirit)

 

Cooking instruction

  1. 清洗药材
  2. 将药材放入锅内,加入2公升水
  3. 以大火煮至沸腾,转小火煲约90分钟
  4. 加入适量盐调味

** 依照喜好自备肉类 **

 

  1. Rinse the ingredients.
  2. Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
