《本草经集注》:「 补益精气,强盛阴道。 」

《神农本草经》:「 味苦,寒。主治五内邪气,热中,消渴,周痹。久服坚筋骨。 」

枸杞子药食同源的历史悠久,是驰名中外的名贵中药材,早在《神农本草经》中就被列为上品,称其为“久服轻身不老、耐寒暑”;有延衰抗老的功效,又名“却老子”。

该品适合所有人食用,用眼过度者及老人尤其适合。枸杞性质比较温和,食用稍多无碍,但若毫无节制,进食过多也会令人上火哦。

Wolfberry has a long history of homology of medicine and food. It is a well-known precious Chinese medicinal material at home and abroad. It was listed as a top grade in the <Shen Nong's Materia Medica>, saying that it can "lighten the body with long-term use, resistant to cold and heat"; it also has anti-aging properties which also known as "Que Lao zi".

Wolfberry is suitable for everyone to eat, especially for those with excessive eyesight and the elderly. It is relatively mild in nature, and it is not harmful to eat a little too much, but if there is no restraint, eating too much will also make the body heaty.

How To Use

桂圆莲子银耳羹

枸杞、桂圆、莲子、银耳、冰糖适量

银耳、莲子泡发,桂圆去壳。

银耳、莲子、桂圆清洗后放入电饭煲中,加适量水选择煲汤程序。

快煮好时放入枸杞和冰糖煮5分钟。

清凉消暑又营养!

枸杞加一物,泡一泡更养生

枸杞、菊花:清肝明目之效大增

枸杞、红枣:补气血、增气色

枸杞、枇杷:益肺肾补虚、平喘咳润燥

枸杞、薏米:利水消肿、健脾祛湿

 

Longan, Lotus Seed and Snow Fungus Soup

Prepare

Wolfberry, longan, lotus seeds, snow fungus, appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Wash

Soak snow fungus and lotus seeds, and peel the longan.

Cook

After washing the snow fungus, lotus seeds and longan, put them in the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water and choose the soup mode.

When almost done, add wolfberry and rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

Cool and nutritious! 

Add one thing to wolfberry, soak for health preservation
