Ingredients

虫草花:滋肺肾阴,填精益髓,润肌护肤

核桃:  补肾益精,温肺定喘

淮山:益气养阴,补脾肺肾,固精止带

莲藕:补气养血,健脾养胃

玉竹:养阴润燥,生津止渴

枸杞:滋补肝肾,益精明目

红枣:补中益气,养血安神

甘草:益气补中,清热解毒,祛痰止咳

 

Cordyceps Militaris: Nourish Lung and Kidney Yin, replenish Essence and Marrow, nourish skin

Semen Juglandis: Tonify Kidney and replenish Essence, warm Lung and arrest wheezing

Rhizoma Dioscoreae: Tonify Qi and nourish Yin, tonify Spleen, Lung and Kidney, consolidate Essence and treat leakage of fluids such as spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation and leukorrhea

Lotus Root: Tonify Qi and nourish Blood, invigorate Spleen and harmonize Stomach

Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati: Nourish Yin and moisten dryness, generate body fluid and relieve thirst

Fructus Lycii: Nourish Liver and Kidney, replenish Essence and improve vision

Fructus Jujubae: Tonify Middle Energizer Qi, nourish blood and calm mind (Spirit)

Radix Glycyrrhizae: Tonify Middle Energizer Qi, clear heat and eliminate toxin, dispel phlegm and stop cough

 


    Cooking instruction

    1. 清洗药材
    2. 将药材放入锅内,加入2公升水
    3. 以大火煮至沸腾,转小火煲约90分钟
    4. 加入适量盐调味

    ** 依照喜好自备肉类 **

     

    1. Rinse the ingredients.
    2. Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
    3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
    4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
