Preparation
清洗药材。
Rinse the ingredients.
将药材放入锅内,加入2公升水。
Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
以大火煮至沸腾,转小火煲约90分钟。
Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
加入适量盐调味。
Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.

烹煮前将黑豆预先浸泡1小时。
Pre-soak the black bean for 1 hour before cooking.
