1. 暴饮暴食

饮食摄入太多,为了消化食物,血液会向胃肠转移,供应心脏的血液也就相对减少,从而加重心肌缺血;过量饮酒会引起大脑兴奋,心率加快,血压升高,诱发心律失常。
✅ 养生重点:饮食遵循每餐七分饱,清淡饮食,冠心病患者和中老年人忌酒。

2. 晨起过猛

早晨起床,从半休眠状态苏醒过来,呼吸心跳加快,血流加速,对心血管的负荷比较大,容易出现心脏问题。
✅ 养生重点:晨起时,在床上活动四肢后再缓慢坐起。

3. 鼾睡

打呼噜可能是睡眠呼吸暂停的一个表现,可导致夜间急性心肌缺血,严重时还会诱发急性心梗。

✅  养生重点:睡觉打呼噜严重的人应该进行检查和治疗,排除风险。

4. 用力排便

用力排便时需要屏住气,腹压升高,血压迅速上升,可能诱发心绞痛及恶性心律失常等。

✅  养生重点:排便时不要过于用力,平时宜适当多吃富含膳食纤维的新鲜果蔬和粗粮。

5. 洗热水澡

洗澡时全身血管扩张,长时间待在密闭缺氧的环境里,容易引起大脑和心脏缺血。

✅  养生重点:避免在饱餐或饥饿的情况下洗澡,洗澡水温应与体温相当,时间不宜过长。

6. 剧烈运动

剧烈运动会迫使心脏加倍工作,强烈的收缩舒张,造成血压突然升高,心率过快,心肌缺氧,甚至诱发心肌梗死。

✅  养生重点:做好热身运动,建议进行快走、慢跑等较温和的有氧运动,老年人和心脏不好者避免参加竞技性运动。若运动中出现胸闷、气短等不适,应立即坐下休息。

7. 过度悲伤

悲伤情绪无法排解时,交感神经系统会分泌出大量激素,使心跳加速、动脉收缩,降低心脏泵血功能,继而引起如胸痛、气短和休克等症状。

✅  养生重点:保持心态平和,避免过度悲观和焦虑。

8. 压力过大

连续加班、长期压力过大,交感神经系统会长期处于兴奋状态,导致心脏负担过大,可能引发心脏病。

✅  养生重点:劳逸结合,避免连续熬夜加班,并学会释放压力和放松身心。

9. 情绪激动

情绪突然激动,血压飙升,心率增快,容易诱发心肌缺血。

✅  养生重点:避免长时间久坐不动,避免情绪起伏过大。

10. 气温骤变

气温骤变和低温时,容易加重心绞痛、心梗和猝死发生的可能性。一般来说,每年11月到来年3月是猝死的高峰期,而夏季空调温度过低,室内外温差较大时,也容易引发心脏病。
