按摩注意事项


每当工作或忙碌了一段时间,有些人会想去看戏走街放松心情,有一些会像要待在家中什么都不做的休息,也会有些人选择去按摩,虽然按摩可以放松心情也可促进气血运行。但是在某些情况下是不可以按摩的哦 !


今天就来分析有哪些情况是不适合按摩的

  • 皮肤有损伤、感染、溃疡或有肿瘤都不宜按摩
  • 怀孕或行经中的妇女不建议按摩
  • 避免踩背或容易令骨骼移位的按摩手法
  • 感到非常疼痛时或不适,应该停止按摩
  • 有发烧,出血性疾病、高血压患不宜按摩
  • 患有骨质疏鬆或曾经骨折人士不宜按摩
  • 太饱、太饿、过于疲倦或酒后状态均不宜按摩
