气虚与阳虚 • Qi Deficiency And Yang Deficiency

运动后增加出汗是正常现象
但是如果静止时出汗,少量运动后即大汗淋漓,中医称之为「自汗」
多数出现于气虚或阳虚体质人士身上。


气虚的人

经常反覆感冒、容易气喘、低声说话、做事提不起劲等


阳虚的人

是气虚体质的加强版
因为长期饮食不节、工作劳累、多思虑等原因损伤了体内阳气所致

 

注意事项

  • 两种体质人士不宜做剧烈的运动或出汗太过因为气随汗脱,会令虚弱的人更虚弱
  • 建议进行强度较小的运动,如步行、伸展运动、太极等
  • 少吃生冷、辛辣及属性寒凉食物

 

运动后建议饮用

滋阴补气茶

    • 功效:补充津液,补充运动后身体大量流失的水份津液
    • 材料:玉竹8g、北芪 8g、百合8g
    • 做法:材料洗淨后煮30分钟,连渣倒入保温瓶反覆冲泡多1-2次



Qi Deficiency and Yang Deficiency

Increased sweating after exercise is normal
But if you sweat when you are resting and will sweat profusely after a small amount of exercise. TCM theory calls it "self-perspiration"
Mostly appear in people with qi deficiency or yang deficiency


Qi deficiency

Frequent colds, panting easily, speaking in a low voice, unable to do things, etc.


Yang deficiency

It is an enhanced version of Qi deficiency
It is caused by damage to yang in the body due to long-term improper eating, tiredness at work, and more thoughts.


Precautions

  • People of both constitutions should not do strenuous exercise or sweat too much
  • Because the qi falls off with sweat, it will make weak people weaker
  • It is recommended to perform less intense exercises, such as walking, stretching, Tai Chi, etc.
  • Eat less cold, spicy, and cold foods


Drinks recommended after exercise

Nourishing Yin and Invigorating Qi Tea

    • Efficacy: nourish yin and nourish body fluids, replenish the body's massive loss of water and body fluid after exercise.
    • Ingredients: Polygonatum 8g, Beiqi 8g, Lily 8g
    • Usage instruction: Wash the ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Pour the residue into a thermos and brew 1-2 times more.
