痘痘看出身体状况 • Acne Can Tell Your Body Condition

人的皮肤状况能反映出身体是否健康。
痘痘的形成与日常生活作息有很大的关系,如果某个部位长时间生痘痘,可以观察痘痘的生长位置,推测身体哪方面出了问题,调整生活习惯以改善。

1. 眉间:心、肺功能

  • 原因:心肺功能不好,容易胸闷,心律不整,心悸。
  • 改善:避免太激烈的运动、烟、酒和辛辣食品。

2. 鼻头:消化系统

  • 原因:胃火过盛,消化系统异常。
  • 改善:少食冰冷、油炸、重口味食物,建议饮食清淡。

3. 脸颊:肺、肝功能

  • 原因:肺功能失常(右侧脸颊)。
  • 改善:注意保养呼吸道,儘量避免芒果、芋头、海鲜等易过敏的食物。
  • 原因:肝功能不顺畅,有热毒(左侧脸颊)。
  • 改善:正常作息,保持心情愉快,且不要让身体处在闷热的环境中。

4. 下巴:内分泌功能

  • 原因:内分泌失调。
  • 改善:少食冰冷的东西。

 5. 额头:压力大、脾气差

  • 原因:压力大,脾气差,造成心火和血液循环问题。
  • 改善:早睡早起,多喝水。 

 6. 太阳穴: 摄入过量加工食品

  • 原因:饮食中包含了过多的加工食品,造成胆囊阻塞。
  • 改善:需要进行体内大扫除、排毒。

7. 鼻翼:生殖系统

  • 原因:与卵巢机能或生殖系统有关。
  • 改善:避免过度纵欲或禁欲,多到户外呼吸新鲜空气。

 

8. 唇边:宿便、便秘

  • 原因:便秘导致体内毒素累积,或是使用含氟过量的牙膏。
  • 改善:多吃高纤维的蔬菜水果。

𝟭. 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘆𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀: 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 & 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

  • 𝘾𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚: Poor cardiopulmonary function, chest tightness easily, arrhythmia and palpitations.
  • 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: Avoid strenuous exercise, tobacco, alcohol and spicy food.


𝟮. 𝗡𝗼𝘀𝗲: 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺

  • 𝘾𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚: Excessive stomach fire, abnormal digestive system.
  • 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: Eat less cold, fried, and heavy-flavored foods. A bland diet is recommended.

𝟯. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗸: 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴 & 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

  • 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: Pay attention to maintaining the respiratory tract, and try to avoid allergy-prone foods such as mango, taro, and seafood.
  • 𝘾𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚: Unsmooth liver function, there is heat toxicity (Left cheek).
  • 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: Normal daily lifestyle, maintain a good mood, and do not let the body be in a sultry environment.

  • 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: Eat less raw and cold foods.
