茶叶品种繁多,主要分为绿茶、黄茶、白茶、青茶、红茶、黑茶六大类。这六大茶类茶性均不同,一般根据茶叶发酵程度而言,绿茶、黄茶和白茶由于发酵程度较低,属于凉性的茶;青茶属于中性茶(微凉-微温);而红茶、黑茶属于温性茶。
- 品茗:清爽甘甜(汤色透彻,或水清茶绿,或浅黄透绿)
- 养生重点:清热除烦、夏日心燥
- 养生对象:体质偏热、胃火旺、精力充沛者

- 养生重点:补养气血,暖胃驱寒
- 养生对象:胃寒、手脚冰凉、体弱、老年者
- 养生禁忌:胃热、舌胎厚、口臭、易生痘、双目赤红者忌饮;经期、孕期、哺乳期女性忌饮

There are many varieties
of tea, which are mainly divided into six categories: 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗮, 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗲𝗮, 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮, 𝗢𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮, 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗲𝗮 and 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗲𝗮. These six major types of tea have different tea properties. Generally speaking, according to the degree of fermentation of the tea leaves, Green tea, Yellow tea and White tea are cool teas due to their low degree of fermentation; Oolong tea is neutral tea (slightly cool-slightly warm); and Black tea and Dark tea are warm teas.

- 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Those with a heat body constitution, stomach fire exuberance and high energy
- 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Liver disease, stomach cold, pregnant women and surgery patients should not drink
- 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲: The effect is similar to that of green tea, but the taste is slightly different. Green tea is refreshing and yellow tea is mellow.

- 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Clearing heat and detoxifying, producing body fluid and quenching thirst
- 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Those with a heat body constitution and high energy
- 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: People with stomach heat can drink in moderation on an empty stomach; people with stomach cold and the elderly should not drink more
- 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲: Outstanding aroma, heavy taste
- 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Refreshing, soothing the mind

- 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Tonifying Qi and blood, warming the stomach and dispelling cold
- 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Stomach cold, cold hands and feet, weak body and the elderly
