空腹不宜吃的10种食物 • 10 Foods You Should Not Eat On An Empty Stomach

虽然说饥不择食,但有些食物不建议在空腹的情况下食用哦。空腹吃的话,不仅起不到营业滋补身体的作用,有时还会有损健康。


1、豆浆
如果空腹饮用,豆浆里的蛋白质大部分会在人体内转化为热量,从而被消耗掉,起不到营养滋补作用。

2、酸奶
乳酸菌生长的pH值为5.4以下,人的胃液在空腹时酸度pH值在2以下。空腹饮用酸奶,乳酸菌易被杀死,保健作用减弱。


3、茶
茶叶中含有较多的鞣酸,鞣酸具有收敛的作用,容易引起便秘;茶碱容易刺激肠胃,引起食欲减退,胃肠不适。
空腹喝茶,使肠道吸收茶中过多的咖啡因等生物碱,有可能使人出现心慌、头晕、手脚无力等“醉茶”的症状。

4、冷饮
空腹喝冷饮,温度相差太大,会强烈刺激胃肠道,使器官出现突发性挛缩,长久以往可能导致内脏器官功能受到损伤。在女性生理期间还会使月经发生紊乱。

5、糖
