《本草撮要》:「 味酸甘微温,入足太阴厥阴经,功专消食起痘。 」

总得来说山楂就是一种营养、食疗与医疗价值皆高的养生食品,因此日常生活中可以适量吃一些山楂,取其保健之效。

How To Use

山楂银菊茶

山楂、银花、菊花各10克。(1日用量)

清洗山楂。

将山楂,银花与菊花放入杯中,热水冲泡,代茶饮用。

山楂萝卜大骨汤

猪腿骨2根、萝卜500,山楂3个、料酒20毫升、葱、姜、盐、胡椒粉适量。

洗净所有食材,猪骨冲洗10分钟,开水焯烫备用。

萝卜去皮切块,葱姜切好。

把所有的食材放入内胆锅中,加入适量的清水(漫过食材为好)。

加入料酒,把内胆锅放入电压锅中,关上上面的开关阀选择炖汤模式。

最后加入盐,胡椒粉调味即成。

 

Hawthorn Honeysuckle Chrysanthemum Tea

Prepare

Hawthorn, honeysuckle and chrysanthemum each 10 grams. (1 day's dosage)

Wash

Clean the hawthorn.

Brew

Put hawthorn, honeysuckle and chrysanthemum into a cup, brew with hot water, and drink.

Hawthorn Radish Big Bone Soup

Prepare

2 pork leg bones, 500 grams of radishes, 3 hawthorns, 20ml of cooking wine, appropriate amount of green onions, ginger, salt, and pepper.

Wash

Wash all ingredients, rinse pork bones for 10 minutes, and blanch in boiling water for later use.

Peel the radish and cut into pieces, and cut the onion and ginger.

Stew

Put all the ingredients into the inner pot, add an appropriate amount of water (it is better to cover the ingredients).

Add cooking wine, put the inner pot into the pressure cooker, close the switch valve above and select the stew mode.

Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
