茉莉花茶
茉莉花可作为泡茶的方法来饮用，首先将水煮沸，放入3克茉莉花在杯中，用热水冲泡，加盖焖5分钟即可饮用，可搭配糖或蜂蜜。小口喝入，在口中稍事停留，茶汤在舌面上往返流动一二次，充分与味蕾接触，细品茉莉花茶沁人心脾的香味。
罗汉果茉莉花茶
完美融合了茉莉花和罗汉果的双重功效，更健康，具有清肺、生津、止咳、疏肝理气，驱寒解郁功效，适合久坐的办公白领。
茉莉玫瑰粥
茉莉花10克、玫瑰花5朵、粳米100克、冰糖适量。将茉莉花、玫瑰花、粳米分别去杂洗净，粳米放入盛有适量水的锅内，煮沸后加入茉莉花、玫瑰花、冰糖，继续熬煮10分钟即可。
Jasmine Tea
