Ingredients

熟地：滋阴补血，益精填髓

当归：补血活血，调经止痛

川芎：活血行气，祛风止痛

党参：补中益气，健脾益肺

白芍：平肝止痛，养血调经

白术：健脾益气，燥湿利水

茯苓：利水渗湿，健脾宁心

炙甘草：健脾益气，调和诸药

 

Radix Rehmanniae Preparata: Nourish yin and tonify blood, replenish Essence and Marrow

Radicis Angelicae Sinensis: Tonify blood, promote blood circulation and relieve dysmenorrhea

Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong: Promote qi and blood circulation, dispel wind and relieve pain

Radix Codonopsis: Tonify middle energizer qi, invigorate spleen and strengthen lung

Radix Paeoniae Alba: Pacify liver and stop pain, nourish blood and relieve dysmenorrhea

Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae: Invigorate spleen and tonify qi, dry dampness and promote diuresis

Poria: Promote diuresis and drain dampness, invigorate spleen and calm heart

Glycyrrhizae Preparata: Invigorate Spleen, tonify Qi and harmonize other herbs

 

Cooking instruction

1. 清洗药材
2. 将药材放入锅内，加入2公升水
3. 以大火煮至沸腾，转小火煲约90分钟
4. 加入适量盐调味

** 依照喜好自备肉类 **

 

1. Rinse the ingredients.
2. Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
