海底椰:滋阴清热,润肺止咳,养颜

莲子:补脾止泻,养心安神 

百合:养阴润肺,清心安神 

枸杞:滋补肝肾,益精明目 

芡实:益肾固精,祛湿止带 

黄豆:健脾利水,解毒消肿,滋阴润燥 

金丝蜜枣:补益脾胃,滋养阴血

 

Fish Maw: Tonify Kidney and replenish Essence, nourish Yin and nutritious beauty

Sea Coconut: Nourish Yin and clear Heat, moisten Lung and relieve cough, nutritious beauty

Semen Nelumbinis: Tonify Spleen and relieve diarrhea, nourish Heart and calm mind (Spirit)

Bulbus Lilii: Nourish Yin and moisten Lung, clear Heart and calm mind (Spirit)

Fructus Lycii: Nourish Liver and Kidney, replenish Essence and improve vision

Semen Euryales: Tonify Kidney and consolidate Essence, dispel Dampness and treat leakage of fluids such as spermatorrhea, leukorrhea and enuresis (urinary incontinence)

Soybean: Invigorate Spleen and induce diuresis, eliminate toxin and relieve edema, nourish Yin and moisten dryness

Honey Dates: Tonify Spleen and Stomach, nourish Yin and Blood

 

Cooking instruction

  1. 清洗药材
  2. 将药材放入锅内,加入2公升水
  3. 以大火煮至沸腾,转小火煲约90分钟
  4. 加入适量盐调味

** 烹煮前将花胶预先浸泡1小时 **

** 依照喜好自备肉类 **

 

  1. Rinse the ingredients.
  2. Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.

** Pre-soak the fish maw for 1 hour before cooking. **

** Self-prepare the meat based on personal preference. **
